Mr. McBride it is unfortunate that receiving 50% of a significant profit was not up to your standards of what a realtor is supposed to do. While it is true that your co owner contacted me first you were made aware of her intentions to sell the home before she and I spoke based on an alleged assault event. There was an attorney involved in communicating to you and the co-owner 16 days before you both signed the listing agreement. This was based on the options set forth by the attorney. The state further communicated to you that you were required to cooperate with the protocols of selling the home to avoid being prosecuted for assaulting the co owner. I handled this very difficult transaction with clarity and professionalism and all information was diseminated to you and the coowner at the same time. You chose to sign the offer and you chose to sign the settlement docs. I was not involved in the crimal charges brought against you and I honored my confidentiality agreement by not testifying against you in trial. I hope you find peace now that you are removed from a toxic environment. All my best.
